Who take an hour to get ready... lipstick on, make-up perfect...every hair in place and smelling like a rose?
Well, I am not! I barely have enough time to shower... let alone make up??? Perfume??? Hair Gel??? But maybe I should... I might get a whistle now and again! LOL
Are you one of those people who don't like to go to the bathroom in a public restroom? Who feel like the whole world is listening?
Thats me! I do, because I have to, but even though in my head I know no-one one is listening/caring... It still makes me uncomfortable and self-conscious. I know we "all do it" but I wish my body would be better behaved and do it at home only!
Are you one of those people who worry about every little thing your child does? What they eat? What they drink? What they touch?
Not me! Of course I don't let them touch fresh boogies on the swings or anything... But I am a firm believer in the reasoning that children are hardy creatures. They wont break if they fall once in awhile while trying something new... they wont perish from eating "non-organic fruit" and they wont become sugar addicted fiends by having a cup of juice or HEAVEN FORBID...a sip of my sprite. They don't need sugar to be fiends, it comes naturally.

Well, I do! Whether it be my favorite HP guy, my forum, planning a trip to Lake Tahoe or playing Webkinz online... I have a hard time just letting it flow, having fun and not having to have ALL the Webkinz items, not having to see all the movies my HP man is in, not having to be on my forum all the time! I have a hard time being blase about anything! I don't think I would change it though. I would rather be too into something, than indifferent to things.
So, agree or disagree? You tell me!

Obsessing...is that like making a list and checking it off with marker to ensure you have everything in the suitcase...then going over it again? Or making a dinner list of people who are coming AND putting your own name on it AND checking it off to ensure YOU are actually going to be there? OK...maybe I am a little overboard...just a little though.

funny you mention the taking an hour to get ready..i have always set aside an hour..always..even after my son was born. Before he was born i took that hour to get dressed, makeup, hair etc. Since he has been born i quit putting on makeup..and have dressed somewhat like a soccer mom, even though I still always planned the hour. Bellydancing has forced me to wear things besides soccer mom pants...and one of my new years resolutions is start wearing the makeup again. Looking like a soccer mom is not becoming for me, nor is it my style. I have the hour I am gonna use it damnit!

I can't remember the last time I did my hair! (oh, christmas I straightened it for like 5 minutes, but can't remember anytimes before that!)
I am a total Webkinz freak! I have about 13 of my own. Right now I want to make a new room, but I can't think of any cool enough, any ideas?
I have no idea what a webkin is...
but no...I don't obesess about much except my kids getting their homework done, in on time, and what college they want to get into.
Oh! I do obsess about them brushing their teeth.
